Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all individual services, including but not limited to Swedish massage, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, facials and couples sessions. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before their scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Our Commitment to You: If Monroe Holistics needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund, regardless of timing, or the option to reschedule at your convenience. Monroe Holistics — Event & Group Session Cancellation Policy This policy applies to events, group sessions, retreats, pop-ups, and private wellness experiences. Event bookings may be paid in split payments. The initial deposit is non-refundable and secures your space. The full remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date. Cancellations: If you cancel 72 hours or more before the event, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 72 hours of the event, all payments are non-refundable, including installment payments. No refunds are issued for no-shows. Our Commitment to You: If Monroe Holistics cancels an event for any reason, all payments made will be fully refunded.
